OMG AccuTrac Steel Insulation Plates are made of Galvalume® coated steel and are available in two designs. A 3″ Square Recessed AccuTrac Plate is to be used with OMG manufactured Hex head fasteners or Phillips head fasteners. A 3″ Square Flat Bottom AccuTrac Plate is to be used with OMG manufactured Phillips head fasteners only. The OMG AccuTrac Steel Insulation Plates should be used when fastening insulation with the OMG AccuTrac Tool.
AccuTrac Tool
- The OMG AccuTrac is an automated insulation attachment system providing the lowest installed cost form mechanical insulation attachment.
- In one step, the insulation plate is placed in position by the AccuTrac tool as the laborer drives the fastener, eliminating the need for one laborer (where normally two would be required), thereby increasing productivity 50%.
- This simple and easy-to-operate tool minimizes operator fatigue as it eliminates the constant bending-over method of fastening.
- For use with OMG manufactured #12 standard fasteners (Phillips and Hex), the #14 heavy duty fasteners, #15 fasteners, and AccuTrac plates.
- Attempting to use anything else will damage the tool.
AccuSeam Tool
- The OMG AccuSeam System is designed to automate seam fastening on mechanically attached PVC & TPO systems providing the lowest installed cost for mechanical attachment.
- In one step, the lap plate is placed in position by the AccuSeam tool as the laborer drives the fastener, eliminating the need for one laborer (where normally two would be required – one to set the plates and one to drive the fasteners), thereby increasingproductivity.
- This simple and easy-to-operate tool minimizes operator fatigue as it eliminates the constant bending-over method of fastening.
- *For use with OMG manufactured fasteners up to 6” in length including #14 heavy duty fasteners, #15 fasteners, and pre-stacked 2 3/8” EyeHook plates.
- Attempting to use anything else will damage the tool.
Tall Boy
- The OMG Tall Boy® and Short Boy® Roof Fastener installation tools are designed to greatly reduce labor and improve productivity on roof decks.
- These portable tools are designed to install the OMG ASAP (Assembled Screw And Plate) with 3″ plastic locking plates, as well as the OMG ASAP with 2″ locking plastic plate.
- The OMG Tall Boy® and Short Boy® tools are supplied with a specially designed 0-2,500 RPM screw gun.
- The drill depth is easily adjusted to ensure that the fastener is not overdriven.

- Greatly reduces installation time and labor costs.
- Screw gun included with both tools. Lightweight.

PaceCart 2
- OlyBond 500 is dispensed through the PaceCart 2™ in 12” on center bands.
- OlyBond 500 rises 3/4″–1″ above the substrate and then the board stock is placed into the adhesive and walked into place.
- The chemical cure takes place in approximately 10-15 minutes after dispensing, depending on temperature and weather conditions.
- OlyBond500 is FM and Miami Dade County Approved.
SpotShot Hand Applicator
- OlyBond SpotShot is dispensed through the hand applicator in bands applied 12” on center.
- A controlledchemical reaction causes the OlyBond SpotShot to rise 3/4″ – 1″ above the substrate, and then the board stock is placed into the adhesive.
- The chemical cure takes place approximately 10-15 minutes after dispensing. depending on temperature and weather conditions.
- SpotShot is FM and Miami Dade County Approved.
SpotShot Manual Stand-up Applicator
- OlyBond SpotShot is dispensed through the manual stand-up applicator in bands applied 12” on center.
- A controlled chemical reaction causes the OlyBond SpotShot to rise 3/4″ – 1″ above the substrate, and then the board stock is placed into the adhesive.
- The chemical cure takes place approximately 10-15 minutes after dispensing, depending on temperature and weather conditions.

SpotShot Power Gun Cordless Applicator

Multi Pogo
- Magnetic base holds fastener for easy installation.
- Large 3-inch diameter head assures that fasteners are driven flush and not overdriven for maximum performance.
- Long handle is comfortable and efficient, and enables the fastener to be installed without repeated bending or kneeling.
RhinoBond
- The RhinoBond system includes 3-inch round specially coated plates, sold in pails of 500.
- Plates are available for TPO and PVC membranes, and can be installed with several OMG fasteners.
- In addition, the system is compatible with polyisocyanurate, Densdeck™ and Securock® as well as any insulation that will not melt by the induction welding process.
- Induction welding should not be used with extruded polystyrene, EPS or foil faced insulation boards. The RhinoBond tool is lightweight, adjustable and easy to use and handle, and 7
operates on standard 110 volt power sources.
